No Returns, No Cancellations & No Refunds

At Kirstin Davis Design LLC, every item is handmade and many pieces are custom-created specifically for each client. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• All orders are final upon payment.
• We do not allow cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks for any reason once an order has been placed.
• Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Failure to provide measurements, approvals, or requested information in a timely manner may delay production and does not qualify the customer for a cancellation or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products or services.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and reviewing all order details prior to purchase.
• Kirstin Davis Design LLC is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
